Text submitted for processing

Text is processed to provide the requested transformation. Input, the applied rules, and output are encrypted at rest and retained for up to 30 days for restricted quality review and service improvement, then deleted. They are excluded from ordinary logs, analytics, error telemetry, and advertising systems.

Authorized administrators can open an individual trace for quality review. That access is recorded in an audit log. Do not submit passwords, credentials, confidential records, or highly sensitive personal information.

Operational data

We may process character and token counts, selected writing mode, model and provider identifiers, strategy and prompt versions, latency, estimated cost, quality scores, request status, and structured feedback.

Analytics and advertising

Google Analytics 4 and Cloudflare Web Analytics load only after you choose Allow analytics. They may process limited device, browser, network, page, and interaction data to measure service use and performance. You can reopen Privacy choices from the footer. Submitted and generated text is never included.

Google AdSense is currently disabled. If advertising is enabled later, submitted and generated text will remain excluded from advertising systems.

Regional advertising consent

Before consent-dependent advertising is enabled for visitors in the EEA, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, THumanizer will use a Google-certified consent management platform and provide the required choices and disclosures. Declining consent will not prevent access to the Humanizer's essential functionality.

Service providers and security

Cloudflare and hosting providers process network and infrastructure data needed to deliver and protect the service. Configured model providers process submitted text to generate the requested result. Access is restricted, credentials remain server-side, and administrative access to sensitive content is audited.

Contact messages

The email address and message submitted through the contact form are encrypted at rest and retained for up to 180 days for review and response. Authorized access to the contact message list is audited.

You may decline analytics without losing the Humanizer's essential functionality. Use the Contact page and select Privacy request, or email [email protected], to ask about information handling or request action concerning a contact message you submitted.
